As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want to share the steps we've taken to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our customers, employees and the communities where we operate:

We are continuing to be diligent about hand washing protocols, disinfecting vans and all tools prior to entering a customer’s home or business. Our technicians wear disposable gloves and have eliminated all person to person contact while on the job. All support staff is working from home and limiting their contact on and off the job.

Your need for security doesn’t stop during difficult times, and neither do we. We will remain fully operational and our 24/7 call center operations are not affected. Cloud services remain fully functional with no anticipated downtime. Our service teams are ready to respond if you have any service needs. 

We are also asking our customers to notify us if they feel sick, have been in contact with anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19, or have traveled recently so we can take the necessary precautions prior to setting any service calls or appointments.
